We were interviewing builders when I happened to meet Jason Akins with 16 Pointe Properties. From day one, Jason was extremely responsive and helpful in answering questions since we were building for the first time. 
Throughout the design process, he made excellent recommendations regarding our uniquely shaped lot and our desire to maintain the history of the area. 
So many friends and acquaintances shared stories and experiences that didn't go well with various builders. We never had that issue because Jason is an excellent communicator and problem solver. He is respected and well liked by his vendors and buys local as much as possible, which was important to us. He is always one step ahead, meets his commitments in time frame and budgets, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We love our custom home, and we look forward to sharing many days with Jason on our back porch and on the water. We will continue to share Jason Akins' name and high recommendations for 16 Pointe Properties.
