Since 1986, the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association has showcased the region’s finest new homes
through the Annual Parade of Homes. The 33rd Annual Parade of Homes featured Showcase Community Sponsor:
Waterstone. The phrase “This is our home” served as the 2019 Parade of Homes theme.
This year’s Parade featured 70 single-family homes, townhomes, and custom built homes with a combined value of
$34 million dollars. The homes were categorized by price range and judged based on craftsmanship, quality of
materials, and interior and exterior features. The winners of the competition were announced at the Annual
Awards Banquet, held Friday May 3rd at the Wilmington Convention Center.
