At the age of 70, we decided to leave our home in Yardley, Pennsylvania and build a new home in Wilmington, North Carolina.  Building a house at our age could be an overwhelmingly stressful experience.  However, Jason has made the planning stage for our new home as stress-free as possible. 

After our first meeting with him, we emailed him a list of items that we were looking for in our new home.  We were delighted that he was able to translate our list into a lovely preliminary floor plan that incorporated everything we were looking for.  Over the course of the past few months, we have asked to make some changes, and Jason has patiently accommodated our requests.  In addition, he has tweaked the plans to make them even more functional and aesthetically pleasing.

During our most recent trip to Wilmington, Jason scheduled meetings with designers and suppliers.  Each of them was highly professional and easy to work with.  In addition, they all let us know that they have high regard for Jason’s work.

The final plans for our new home are just about complete and ready to be submitted to the developer for approval.
